1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§13 BGB) via the online shop heatof.com .

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog presentation. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent immediately after submission via an automated email. The purchase agreement is only concluded upon shipment of the goods or an explicit order confirmation from us.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs may apply in addition to the product prices. These will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Deliveries within Germany typically take 2–4 business days. We ship with DHL or UPS. Express shipping is available upon request for an additional fee. Deliveries abroad may take longer. Further information can be found in our shipping overview.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are available: credit card, PayPal, Klarna (invoice and installment payment), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and prepayment. If you choose Klarna as your payment method, Klarna's terms and conditions (www.klarna.com) also apply.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and a sample withdrawal form can be found in our cancellation policy.

8. Returns

Returns within Germany are free of charge. A return label is included with every order or can be requested from customer service. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

9. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

10. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. For questions or complaints, please contact our customer service at support@heatof.com.

11. Customer account and registration

Registration is required for certain features. You agree to provide truthful information during registration and to keep your login details confidential. We reserve the right to block customer accounts in cases of misuse.

12. Data protection

Your personal data will be processed confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which they have their habitual residence.
