Yes – all items at HEAT OF° are guaranteed to be new and 100% authentic.
Before a product leaves our warehouse, it is carefully inspected by our trained team of experts.
To reliably ensure the authenticity and quality of every item, each product undergoes a multi-stage authentication process. Only items that meet all testing criteria are released for shipment.
All items are shipped in their original packaging, including all accessories.
We receive this question very frequently.
HEAT OF° does not source its products exclusively directly from manufacturers, but works with a reliable network of authorized specialist retailers and selected wholesalers.
Thanks to this broad and controlled procurement structure, we can also offer products that are often sold out, hard to find, or limited in regular retail stores.

At HEAT OF°, genuine products are not a matter of luck, but the result of a clear, meticulous inspection process. Every item leaving our warehouse is manually checked by trained experts in several steps – not with a quick check, but piece by piece.
What exactly are we checking?
Our experts examine each item in a way that is only possible when they have an in-depth knowledge of the models, materials, and manufacturing details. This includes, among other things:
- Label & Tags: Are the fonts, placement, and material correct?
- Seams & workmanship: Unclean or atypical seams are an immediate warning sign.
- Material & Form: Leather, fabrics, weight, structure and feel must be exactly right.
- Packaging & Accessories: We check that everything is complete and matches the respective release version.
- Model-specific features: Small details that you only notice if you deal with the products on a daily basis.
- And yes – even the smell of an item can reveal whether it comes from the right production.
Why this works
We don't rely on chance or gut feeling. Our team works with the same models daily, knows the differences between releases, production batches, and materials—and recognizes fakes by details that many would miss.

We offer you a selection of secure and convenient payment methods. Currently, you can pay with us using the following methods:

- Klarna (e.g., installment payment or pay later – depending on your region)
- Instant bank transfer
This allows you to complete your order flexibly and according to your needs.
Klarna invoice payment is very easy and especially convenient:
You only pay after you have received your order. From the invoice date, you usually have 14 or 30 days to settle the outstanding amount.
Here's how buying on account with Klarna works:
- You order from the shop as usual.
- Your goods will be shipped to you.
- The invoice will either be included in the package or made available to you electronically.
- You only pay after receiving the item – relaxed and without risk.
Manage invoices & payments
You can pay your outstanding invoice at any time:
- in the Klarna app, or
- in the Klarna customer portal
View. You will also find the following there:
- the current payment deadline,
- the payment information,
- and whether your payment has already been received.
We recommend paying your bill directly via the Klarna app to avoid incorrect payments or potential late payment fees.

Shipping & Delivery
Many of our items are ready for dispatch within 48 hours – these products are marked accordingly in the shop.
We usually ship all other items within 5-10 working days, depending on stock availability and logistics.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This allows you to track your package online at any time and see the estimated delivery date.

We ship worldwide, as long as the political and geographical situation allows. Our shipping network covers the majority of all countries, so you can order our products almost anywhere.
Currently not being supplied:
- Russia
- Afghanistan
Should there be temporary restrictions in individual regions (e.g. due to crisis situations, natural events or a lack of logistics partners), we will inform you automatically during the ordering process.
We ship our products from Germany.
That means:
- Customers within the EU do not pay any customs fees – your order will arrive at your door without any additional costs.
- Customers outside the EU may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes according to their country's regulations. These fees are not covered by us and are payable directly upon import into your country.
Please inform yourself in advance about the applicable customs and import regulations of your country in order to estimate possible additional costs.
If you have ordered multiple items, it is possible that your order will be shipped in multiple packages.
The reason for this is that we ship from multiple warehouses. As a result, individual products may be available at different speeds and shipped separately.
For each partial delivery, you will receive a separate shipping notification via email – including a tracking link and all relevant delivery information.
Returns & Cancellations
Yes! You can return any item to us within 30 days of receipt.
This gives you plenty of time to test your item at your leisure and completely risk-free. If you don't like it or it doesn't meet your expectations, you can simply return it to us.
Please ensure the item is in its original condition. Further information regarding returns and the exact procedure can be found in our return policy.
- Send an email with your order number to support@heatof.com .
- You will then receive an electronic return label via email.
- Pack the items securely and attach the return label to the outside of the package in a clearly visible location.
- Drop off the package at a DHL or UPS branch – depending on the service provider, collection may also be possible.
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Since we process orders very quickly, you should contact us immediately in this case.

We will then check immediately whether a cancellation is still possible. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be stopped – in this case, however, you can of course make use of your 30-day right of return.
