Free returns at HEAT OF°
We want everything to be a perfect fit. That's why, if you and your order aren't quite right, you can easily return the item free of charge within 30 days.
Free returns
At HEAT OF°, returns are completely free for you. Simply use our returns portal to create a return label, or include the completed return form with your return shipment.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods. After that, returns are unfortunately no longer possible.
This is how the return process works

Send an email with your order number to support@heatof.com .

You will then receive an electronic return label from us via email.

Pack the items securely and attach the return label to the outside of the package.

Drop off the package at a DHL or UPS branch, or have it conveniently picked up – depending on the shipping provider.
Return refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price within 7 working days.
The refund will be issued via the payment method you selected when placing your order.
Please note that vouchers and gift cards are excluded from refunds.
